User and client data will be kept for 7 years. Ski accident data with personal information is stored for 4 years. The data is then anonymized and retained permanently for software statistical and analytical capabilities. Accidents under investigation are kept with personal data until the company holding the software license requests anonymization.
We will ensure the company holding the software license is notified if their data is kept longer than this period.
